GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cashiers are the front line employees.
They are an essential part of the first impression that a
patron will have at the AT&T Center. From a customer
service perspective they need to be in proper uniform, present
a friendly attitude, and be as informative as possible. From
a money handling perspective, each vehicle through their
lane needs to be accounted for with a permit or cash transaction.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, give change
and handle cash without the use of a register. Prior cash
handling experience is preferred. Reports to bookkeeper.
Individual Responsibilities:
Set a good example by being in compliance with standards
set in the employee handbook and uniform/grooming standards.
Greet every patron that enters through the AT&T Center
Parking lots.
Be familiar with the AT&T Center grounds and the surrounding
streets to provide patrons with accurate information and
directions.
Every cashier is financially responsible for shortages
or overages that occur during their shift.
Every cashier is responsible for the loss of tickets.
Every vehicle that pays will be given a parking ticket
that is placed onto the dash.
Ability to work outside in the elements.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
$7.00 an hour.
Other duties as assigned.
