GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support all areas of SS&E by using skills specific to the area of CRM and Database Marketing
Segment, analyze and implement assigned projects
Develop strategies/projects to increase revenue and customer retention
Support the areas of data capture, accuracy and cleansing
Research best practices and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Represent commitment to teamwork and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
Demonstrate commitment to growth in Values Based Leadership and Development
Attend and participate in weekly Service & Sales Department meetings
Fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned by Database Manager
