GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Franchises Responsibility for further developing, maintaining and increasing Group Ticket Sales for the San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Rampage and San Antonio Silver Stars with a strong focus on relationship sales and customer retention.
AT&T Center Events Responsibility for further developing, maintaining and increasing Group Ticket Sales for AT&T Center Family Shows and/or Events with a strong focus on relationship sales and customer retention.
Overall To effectively position and promote all SS&E properties in the marketplace with the primary focus of generating Group Ticket sales revenue. To provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers.
Specific Duties:
New business generation, development of personal sales strategies, commitment to on-going sales training and development of best sales practices.
Implement outbound sales efforts, particularly with respect to the following:
- Sales and service best practices
- Prospecting
- Networking
- Lead generation
- Data capture and personal database management
Develop personal strategies, procedures, and goals to increase sales for all SS&E Properties. The plan should address all of the elements listed above.
Implement customer service principles and systems that permeate all ticket sales functions across all Spurs properties with customer retention as the primary goal. Customer service programs must be developed and implemented with the goal of building loyalty to all SS&E properties by utilizing the following:
- Sales and Information Table
- Seat visits
- Customer Service calls/programs
- Timely follow-up, thank you cards, calls
- Commitment to teamwork and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in weekly Sales Department meetings as well as weekly meeting with Director of Ticket Sales.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Sales and/or Vice President of Sales.
