GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Lot Director is the front line employees. They are an
essential part of the first impression that a patron will
have at the AT&T Center. From a customer service perspective
they need to be in proper uniform, present a friendly attitude,
and be as informative as possible. Responsible for safe and
efficient flow of AT&T Center Parking and follow parking
rules and procedures. Each person should have the ability
to communicate effectively with other employees and patrons
visiting the facility. No experience is necessary. Reports
to Lead Lot Director.
Individual Responsibilities:
Set a good example by being in compliance with standards
set in the employee handbook and uniform/grooming standards.
Greet every patron that enters through the AT&T Center
Parking lots.
Be familiar with the AT&T Center grounds and the surrounding
streets to provide patrons with accurate information and
directions.
Ensures that every vehicle that comes into the lots has
a ticket or permit on its dash.
Ability to work outside in the wind, sun, cold and occasional
rain
Keep the flow of traffic moving and direct traffic to parking
spaces or protect parking spaces for VIPS or suite holders.
Keep vehicles from parking in unauthorized areas. (Yellow
lines).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
$6.50 an hour.
Other duties as assigned.
