GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales representative is responsible for developing, maintaining,
and increasing Season, Group, and Corporate Ticket sales
for the San Antonio Rampage with a strong focus on relationship
sales and customer retention.
Potential candidates must have ability to:
Generate new business through development of personal
sales strategies, commitment to on-going sales training,
and utilization of best sales practices
Commit to a teamwork philosophy and adhere to company policies
and procedures
Contribute to Rampage Season Planning meetings and participate
in weekly meetings with Director of Hockey Business Operations
and/or Director of Ticket Sales
Attend all Rampage home games with goal of providing extensive
customer service and continual development of relationships
Fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned by Sales Manager,
Director of Ticket Sales, Vice President of Sales and/or
Director of Hockey Business Operations
Potential Candidates must have ability to focus on outbound
sales efforts with emphasis on:
Prospecting new Season, Group, and Corporate Ticket
Sales
Generating Leads – Identify and market to key market
segments
Networking, speaking engagements and player/coach appearances
Sales and service best practices
Data capture and personal database management
Potential candidates must embrace customer service principles
and systems that permeate all ticket sales functions for
the San Antonio Rampage with customer retention as the primary
goal. Customer service programs must be developed and implemented
to build loyalty and retain customers through:
Customer service calls
Renewal events/ focus groups
Sales and service tables
Game-day seat visits
