GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Silver Stars Responsibility for further developing, maintaining
and increasing Season Ticket Sales, Group Ticket Sales and
Corporate Partner Sales for the San Antonio Silver Stars
with a strong focus on relationship sales and customer retention.
To provide extensive customer service and continual development
of relationships with customers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
New business generation, development of personal sales
strategies, commitment to on-going sales training and development
of best sales practices.
Implement outbound sales efforts, particularly with respect
to the following:
1. Sales and service best practices
2. Prospecting new Season Ticket and Corporate Accounts
3. Networking, speaking events and player/coach appearances
4. Lead generation – Identify and market to key market
segments (NAWBO, Women’s Chamber, First Wednesday etc)
5. Data capture and personal database management
Develop written personal strategies, procedures, and goals
to increase ticket sales and corporate partnership sales
for the San Antonio Silver Stars. The plan should address
all of the elements listed above.
Implement customer service principles and systems that
permeate all ticket sales functions for the San Antonio Silver
Stars with customer retention as the primary goal. Customer
service programs must be developed and implemented with the
goal of building loyalty to the Silver Stars by utilizing
the following:
1. Sales and Information Table
2. Seat visits
3. Customer Service calls
4. Renewal Events/ Focus Groups (Utilize Spurs game tickets,
suite nights, luncheons etc to invite small groups of non-renewed
accounts to participate in focus group setting with Stars
players coaches and/or leadership)
5. Timely follow-up, thank you cards, calls
Commitment to teamwork and ability to adhere to company
policies and procedures.
Attend and participate in weekly Stars Strategic Planning
meetings as well as weekly meeting with COO and or Director
of Ticket Sales.
Attend all Silver Stars home games with goal of providing
extensive customer service and continual development of relationships.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Sales Manager, Director
of Ticket Sales Vice President of Sales and/or Silver Stars
COO.
10% commission New Season Ticket Package and Group Sales
Season Ticket, Group Ticket and Corporate Sales Expectation
