Season Ticket Services Intern

Requirements:

  • Minimum classified Junior in college credits and currently enrolled
      o Preferred majors: Mass Comm., Public Relations, Marketing, Sports Management
  • Minimum one year service experience with conflict resolution
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others
  • Must be able to work 20 hours/week (weekends and holidays included)

    Responsibilities:

  • Acts as support to Season Ticket Services team in maintaining all material printing and supply needs
  • Works an average of 20-25 hours per week in the office/events
  • Prepares follow up questionnaire & letter to cancelled accounts for all franchises and distributes to service team
  • Coordinates new Season Ticket Holder "welcome packet" assembly
  • Assists service team with all outbound call projects
  • Fulfills general fan requests
  • Assists with customer service projects and logs all pertinent information in Archtics system
  • Investigates all returned correspondence and updates accounts in Archtics
  • Assists with all office organization efforts and helps to maintain an open working environment when possible
  • Answers calls and returns messages from ACD
  • Assists with Guest Services issues during games
  • Assists with all database efforts
  • Supports Season Ticket Services with all projects, events, benefits fulfillment and special programs
  • Updates upcoming events sign at Guest Services
  • In-game promotions including Fan 15, Season Ticket Holder of the Game, and Co-Captain
      o Select participants prior to game, and assist Game Ops with promotions
      o Keeps asset list updated
      o Tracks participant waivers in binder
      o Takes pictures of STHs and distribute to the webmaster
  • Complete Guest Services checklist every game day
  • Stocks and maintains an organized work environment in Guest Services
      o Guest Services: camera tags, vouchers, business cards, etc.
      o Office: will call envelopes, birthday cards, ticket request forms, misc. office supplies
