Season Ticket Services Representative

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for servicing and retaining assigned Season Ticket Holders, in addition to fulfilling benefits for all three Spurs Sports & Entertainment franchises. The eligible candidate will carry a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: service experience, conflict resolution, active listening, adaptability, creativity, willingness to learn, influencing skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:

A minimum of 2 years of professional customer service/retention experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), and a working knowledge of office equipment. Must have superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan events, design invitations and present professional correspondence. Previous experience retaining customers is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfills service requests for the accounts assigned to him/her. Responsible for building relationships with assigned accounts and completing required client contact points
  • Responsible for renewal of assigned accounts, full and Partial Plan Season Ticket Holders for all franchises
  • Keeps complete and updated database files in Archtics for each client
  • Makes recommendations to direct supervisor based on feedback that is received from Season Ticket Holders
  • Fulfills benefits for assigned franchises
  • Coordinates events for assigned franchise, and supports event coordination for all franchises
  • Utilizes Values Based training tools. Meets monthly to update Partnering for Performance evaluation
  • Responsible for sharing maintenance issues with Building Operation staff (seats, cleanliness, service issues) and following up to ensure issues have been corrected/addressed
  • Designs and provides ongoing communication to assigned clients (printed, electronic, and verbal)
  • Provides in-game support during franchise events at Guest Services and utilizes game nights as an opportunity to meet clients and build relationships
  • Fulfills in-game Season Ticket Holder promotions
  • Maintains and updates information for Season Ticket Services on the intranet. Communicates mailing details to sales, service and ticket operations teams
  • Provide database clean up for Season Ticket Holder mailings
  • Proofreads department printed materials and correspondence
  • Supports Select-A-Seat relocation process
  • Provides direction for creative design for Season Ticket Holder mailings
  • Works within rotating schedule to provide an agenda for weekly staff meetings and capture notes to send to the team after the meeting occurs
  • Responsible for maintaining office organization
  • Responsible for multi-tasking to meet various deadlines simultaneously
  • Communicates effectively with various departments to achieve team goals

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum Associates degree with equivalent experience or a Bachelors degree.

    CONTINUING EDUCATION:

    Attend regularly scheduled meetings, as well as group training sessions. Increase customer service and communication skills by reading books, newsletters, and on-line publications.
