The AT&T Center – designed with accessibility in mind
The AT&T Center features accessible seating and companion seating on all levels, convenient disability parking, TDD’s/TYY’s, and a multi-channel Assistive Listening System (ALS). The venue is well-equipped with accessible public restrooms, water fountains, and concession stands.
Our facility has been designed to provide easy access for our guests with disabilities. The AT&T Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and state accessibility mandates. In addition, The AT&T Center strives to be proactive in recognizing and responding to the needs of all our guests. All disability access inquires should be directed to our Guest Services Department.
General Information
Access Service
The AT&T Center provides Access Service at Guest Services at Sections 101 and 206. Guest Services is professionally staffed and distributes assistive listening devices when needed. Guest Services is also equipped to address most patron queries regarding events in the facility.
Assistive Listening Devices
Headsets and receivers for our multi-channel LPB Radio-Aide are available for fans with hearing impairments at no charge from the Guest Services on the Plaza Level by section 101 for Franchise Events ONLY. Either a credit card or other appropriate credentials will be required as a deposit to secure a headset or receiver.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMs are located on the Plaza Level by sections 103 (Frost), 110, 117 (SACU) and 125 and on the Balcony Level by sections 208 and 224. ATMs accept most major credit cards and are equipped to address patrons with disabilities.
Captioning and Description
All integral game information is captioned on various screens inside the bowl. Game description is available through our assistive listening system.
Concession Stands
All concession stands are accessible and available on all levels. If assistance is needed at any of the food service areas, please notify the nearest AT&T Center staff member.
Courtesy Wheelchairs
If you need assistance getting to or from your seats, please request a wheelchair at Guest Services located at Sections 101. A Guest Services Representative will bring a wheelchair to assist you to your seats. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned to Guest Services so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair and Guest Services Representative may be located and dispatched.
